User Data Deletion Policy

This page explains what personal data the 10x Developer website collects, and how you can ask us to delete it - including any data we have shared with Meta Platforms, Inc. for advertising measurement.

Effective date: June 19, 2026

1. Overview

This website is operated by Rotemix Ltd. and serves as an information and registration site for the 10x Developer course. You have the right to request deletion of the personal data we hold about you at any time, free of charge.

We do not use Facebook Login, so there is no automated login-based deletion callback. Deletion is handled directly by us through the email process described in section 3 below.

2. What data this applies to

The data we may hold about you, and that you can ask us to delete, includes:

3. How to request deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

To help us locate your records, please send your request from the email address you used on the site, and include the name and phone number you provided if you have them. You do not need to give a reason.

4. What happens next

We will confirm receipt of your request and delete the personal data we hold about you within 30 days. This includes your records in our contact-message and open-day registration databases.

We may retain a minimal record where the law requires it (for example, accounting or fraud-prevention obligations), but that data is not used for any further marketing.

5. Deletion of data shared with Meta

We use Meta's advertising tools (Meta Pixel and the Conversions API). When you register for an open day or contact us, your contact details (email, phone and name) are sent to Meta in one-way hashed (SHA-256) form for advertising measurement and audience building. We never sell this data.

When you ask us to delete your data, we also remove your hashed details from any Meta Custom Audiences we control, so you are no longer matched for our advertising. Meta processes this data as an independent controller under its own Data Policy; you can also manage or delete advertising data directly with Meta through your Facebook/Instagram account settings.

6. Browser-side opt-out

Meta's marketing cookies (mainly _fbp and _fbc) are stored in your browser. You can block or delete them at any time through your browser settings, without affecting your ability to use the site. Doing so stops new browser-side tracking but does not, on its own, remove data we have already collected - for that, use the email request in section 3.

7. Contact

For any question or request regarding deletion of your data, contact us at [email protected]. You can also review our full Privacy Policy.
